The all-purpose chef’s knife. Ideal for slicing, chopping and rocking through vegetables, fish or meat.
Its long, curved blade and perfect weight distribution make it the professional’s choice, in restaurants or at home.
The compact all-rounder. With its straight edge and flat profile, the Santoku excels at clean, vertical cuts. It is perfect for vegetables, herbs, and boneless meat, especially if you prefer more control and less blade weight.
The nimble utility knife: small, sharp, and always ready. Designed for detail work: peeling, trimming, slicing fruit, or prepping garnishes. A reliable companion for the little tasks.
Perfect grip geometry for control, flow and fatigue-free slicing.
Developed side by side with top chefs for real-world performance.
Ergonomic transitions, tapered spine and grip zones that follow your natural motion.
The tapered handle and subtly recessed thumb rest make cutting intuitive, safe, and precise. Ergonomics are optimized for the popular pinch grip, providing maximum control without fatigue.
The Acuta blade features a full flat grind — a grind where the blade tapers evenly from the spine to the edge. This geometry allows for highly efficient cutting with minimal resistance, while still maintaining enough durability for demanding tasks.
A subtle thumb recess is integrated into the spine of the blade which is a thoughtful design feature with significant impact. It acts as a natural slip guard, improving grip security and making the knife even easier to control. It doesn't compromise aesthetics or function but blends seamlessly into the silhouette, ensuring maximum safety during use.
Iconic Tools is a father-and-son venture from Germany, rooted in over 130 years of family craftsmanship. We set out to build a knife series that combines design, functionality, and soul. What began as a shared vision became a long-term commitment to rethinking kitchen tools from the ground up.
It’s the result of shared vision, careful hands and many conversations around the craft we believe in. Everyone on this team shaped something essential: from the first sketch to the final edge. We’re proud to build this together.
Every kinfe uses a blade made out of 14C28N stainless steel from Sandvik which ist tuned to 59-60 HRC for durability and easy maintenance. Each one is finished with an ebonite handle for balanced, confident handling.
